台山电厂桥式起重机减速器输出轴断裂原因分析
Analysis of fractured retarder output axis of bridge crane in Taishan Power Plant
【摘要】 针对台山电厂桥式起重机减速器输出轴发生断裂的情况,通过化学成分分析,力学性能试验,显微镜观察及电子探针分析,金相检验分析,认为其断裂的主要原因是减速器输出轴所用材料存在大量的非金属夹杂物;调质处理工艺不当,使轴中心处与轴靠表面处两者之间的金相组织存在差异造成的。建议像输出轴这样重要的部件,应选择材质较好的钢。
【Abstract】 The retarder output axis of bridge crane fractured in Taishan Power Plant. The chemical composition, mechanical performance and metallurgical structure of the fractured axis were analyzed. Electron-probe analysis was also conducted. The results indicate that large numbers of non-metallic impurities and inadequate heat treatment are the causes of the fracture.
