【摘要】 在研究电力市场中的市场力的时候,经常使用经济学中的市场集中度指标(HHI)为市场力甄别的一个基准或市场力检测的粗略扫描工具。直接应用传统的HHI分析电力市场中的市场力具有很多不足之处,例如不能计及网络运行状态、输电阻塞的影响等。针对这种情况,结合电力系统特殊性,提出了基于潮流追踪方法计算HHI的概念和设想,并提出了NHHI和SHHI两个指标。应用一个19节点26条支路的电力系统,进行计算分析,验证了所提出的方法的有效性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index) is often used as an identification threshold or scanning tool when studying market power in electricity market. Nevertheless the direct application of HHI into electricity market has several disadvantages such as the inability of considering network operation state,and the effects of transmission congestion,etc. An index based on power flow tracing for measuring market power in electricity market is presented. This index derives from HHI idea of economic theory,and is properly modified to reflect the operation state of power network,especially the effects of transmission congestion. The simulation results show that the index presented is both reasonable and effective.更多还原
