珠海发电厂700MW汽轮发电机组振动特性试验研究
Test and research on vibration characteristics of 700 MW steam turbo-unit in Zhuhai Power Station
【摘要】 珠海发电厂700MW汽轮发电机组在调试阶段发生发电机轴瓦振动过大的事故,为此,利用先进的振动测试分析仪对机组的振动特性进行了试验测试。对发电机组升速、定速、并网、加负荷、变负荷等工况下的振动作了全面的监测,并根据监测结果对机组振动情况进行了分析,从而得出结论:发电机主要存在定子底部与台板接触不良、氢密封瓦存在碰磨现象、转子有一定程度的热弯曲等问题。根据分析结果对机组进行了处理且效果明显。
【Abstract】 A 700 MW steam turbogenerator set in Zhuhai Power Station encountered excessive generator bearing bush vibration during commissioning.Therefor,an advanced vibration analyzer is used to test the vibration characteristics of the unit.Vibration under accelerating,constant speed,grid connecting,loadup and variable load conditions of the unit is generally supervised and analyzed.It is concluded that the problems of the generator mainly include poor contact between the stator bottom and the platen,gouging abrasion on the hydrogentight bush,and thermal rotor distortion to some extent.A treatment is made based on the analytical results and prominent results obtained.
