【摘要】 广州珠江电厂ASN 2880/1600型动叶可调轴流式引风机多次出现断叶片事故,严重影响了电厂的安全经济运行。针对这个问题做了多项试验研究,根据试验结果,综合分析发生动叶片断裂的原因,并提出防止该型风机断叶片的改进对策。改进后的引风机安全运行水平大大提高,没有出现过叶片断裂事故。更多还原

【Abstract】 The blades of ASN2880/1600 adjustableblade axialflow draft fans in Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant broke many times,which seriously impacted the safety of the plant. Therefore,the causes of the breaks are comprehensively analyzed through a set of tests,and countermeasures are presented. No blades of the fans ever break after the amelioration.更多还原
