大型汽轮发电机组故障诊断技术现状与发展

【摘要】 目前在国内电厂各类大型汽轮发电机组的运行监测方面,尚有许多机组的监视系统是落后和不完善的。针对这种情况,综述了国内外大型汽轮发电机组状态监测和故障诊断技术现状与发展。介绍了故障机理、故障信息处理技术、故障源分离与定位技术和智能诊断技术的研究历史与现状,以及故障诊断系统的研制历史和振动信号分析技术与发展。最后指出,研究故障发生机理并应用到故障诊断系统中去可以及时发现早期的潜在故障,提高大型机组运行的安全性与可靠性。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,many monitoring systems for diversified large steam turbounits in China are backward and faulty. In this paper,the stateofart and development of state monitoring and fault diagnosis for large steam turbounits at home and abroad are reviewed. The researches on fault diagnosis are described in terms of fault mechanism,the techniques of fault information processing,fault source separation and location as well as intelligent diagnosis. The development of fault diagnostic system and vibration signal analyzing technique are included. It is indicated that the research on fault mechanism and its application to fault diagnostic system can enable timely detection of early latent faults,thus improving the operation safety and reliability of large units.
