【Abstract】 We present a natural spline local interpolation basis of scattered data in the lines of a plane, and prove this basis is equivalent to the truncate basis of natural splines, and present the local compact set of these basis functions and the algorithms with examples of gearing to large scale computing. For its simpleness and easy implementation by computer, the way can deal with a part of interpolation problems of scattered data in a plane.更多还原
