复合材料弹性模量的等效微分计算
Equivalent Differential Computation on Modulus of Composites
【摘要】 为计算三维随机短纤维增强复合材料的弹性模量,探讨了如何采用微分等效介质概念,结合应用无限大弹性体中的等效夹杂理论和复合材料弹性模量求解中的自恰方案,建立起计算短纤维增强复合材料弹性模量的微分计算格式,然后通过数值求解非线性耦合微分方程组计算了短纤维增强复合材料的总体弹性模量。
【Abstract】 Random short fiber enhanced composites is largely in use, the paper discuss a method for predicting its elastic modulus rapidly. Under concept of equivalent differential medium, equivalent gravel theory in infinity elastic body, and precept of selfconsistent for predict the modulus of composite materials, the paper establishes the differential functions for computing modulus of these composites. These functions are nonlinear coupling differential functions, could via the numeric solving method get the results, the elastic modulus of random short fiber enhanced composites.
