【Abstract】 This paper presents a cost tolerance sensitivity analysis method that can determine which features are critical and non\|critical early in the designing phase. The uncertainty in the cost\|tolerance model is analyzed at first. Second, the method for robustness analysis utilizing DOE (design of experiment) is proposed.
