不等径水平三通的相分离特性研究

【摘要】 在空气-水两相流实验回路上对油田注汽管线上的一种不等径水平三通进行了相分离特性实验研究。结果表明,侧支管的出口干度X3并非始终高于主管进口干度,当分流比超过某一临界值时X3将低于主管入口干度。该临界值随入口气相折算流速的提高而增大,同时通过在三通上游布置挡板也显著提高了临界分流比,证明流体惯性是影响水平三通相分离特性的最主要因素。与等径三通相比,不等径三通的特性曲线随着侧支管相对内径的缩小逐渐向左下方移动。

【Abstract】 The experimental data are presented for the split of air-water two-phase flow at a horizontal T-junction of unequal diameter which is employed in the steam injection pipeline in oil field. The inlet and run inner diameter of the junction is 86 mm, and the branch diameter is 56 mm. The test results show that the gas quality X3 at branch leg is not always higher than that at the T-junction entrance, i.e. X3, will be lower than the inlet quality as the mass flow fraction taken through branch leg exceeds a certain critical value. The critical value increases with the superficial gas velocity, and will increase even more remarkably if a vertical plate is mounted at the bottom of the tube wall up stream of the junction, so it illustrates that the inertia of liquid phase is the most important factors influencing the phase separation at horizontal T-junctions. Compared with the T-junction of equal diameters, the characteristic curves of unequal diameter T-junction move gradually toward the bottom left side with the decreasing of branch to inlet diameter ratio on the phase split diagram.
