【Abstract】 The traditional method of selecting index and defined index weight of supplier rating system are discussed. The general principles and methodology of conjoint analysis are stated. Conjoint analysis is applied to define the index weight of supplier rating system. The result is compared with that from traditional method. The preference to different supplier performances is more precisely reflected by the index weight defined by conjoint analysis. The supplier performance is able to be improved more effectively with the guidance.更多还原
