论工程机械重载齿轮的重迭系数圆整设计法

【摘要】 对齿轮啮合传动中重迭系数与齿轮承载能力的关系进行了初步探讨和分析,并推导出了用齿轮基本参数直接表达的重迭系数方程,提出了“齿轮重迭系数圆整设计法”的概念。这种设计方法是在不改变主要设计参数的基础上,通过调整齿轮宽度,实现重迭系数的圆整,改善齿轮的传动性能,提高齿轮承载能力,延长其使用寿命。

【Abstract】 Yan ShutianA primary discussion on the relation between the overlap coefficient in gear meshing and the load-bearing ability of gears is carried out, and the equation of overlap coefficient expressed directly with the basic parameters of gear is derived. The concept "design method of rounding gear overlap coefficient" is given. The new method can round up overlap coefficient, improve performance of gear drive, increase the load-bearing ability of gears, and extend gear’s life by changing the gear width without modifying the main design parameters.
