【Abstract】 The competition of science and technology ultimately depends on scientists and technologists. From the definitions of scientists and technologists, this article has put forward a set of index system for the evaluation of scientists and technologists in such aspects as the structure of ideology performance, the structure of professional work levels and the achievement structure. This article has also put forward a calculation method and a standard method concerning the quantitative analysis index and the qualitative analysis index. On the basis of these, a synthesized evaluation model for scientists and technologists has been established.更多还原
