【摘要】 提出了装载机的综合性模糊换挡策略.其基本思路是利用各种信息判断车辆处于何种运行状态,执行车辆在该状态下的换挡策略.首先给出各工况的识别方法,然后建立了各典型工况下的模糊换挡策略,并给出了换挡可行性分析原理.台架试验验证了该换挡控制策略可以判断车辆的各种典型工况,而且能够应用该工况下的换挡策略进行换挡操作.更多还原

【Abstract】 The general fuzzy shift strategy of loader is put forward.The basic idea of the shift strategy is to judge the driving condition of the vehicle using the information that is provided at first,then carry out the special shift strategy according to the driving condition.Firstly,the identifiable method of different driving conditions of wheel loader is obtained.And then,the fuzzy shift stategy is established when the vehicle is in different driving conditions.At the same time,the principle of shift feasibility is discussed.The result of testing on test-bench shows that the general fuzzy shift control strategy can identify the primary working condition of vehicle and realize gear-selection making use of the shift strategy in the corresponding working condition.更多还原
