考虑刚柔耦合效应的塔机水平臂回转制动分析
Dynamic Analysis to the Jib of Tower Crane in Case of Braking the Slewing Motion Considering the Coupling Effects
【摘要】 着重讨论塔式起重机吊臂回转制动过程中运动弹性动力分析问题,在回转运动分析中考虑了机构大位移造成的刚体运动与结构自身弹性变形之耦合,运用柔性多体系统动力学理论在回转平面内建立了吊臂的动力学模型,给出分析与求解方法,并对某实际塔机进行了运动弹性动力分析,得出与塔机实际动力特征相符的结果.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a dynamic analysis of flexible jib of tower crane in the case of braking the slewing motion.The modeling is discussed in detail,and an general vibration equation of both flexible element and system is derived from dynamics analysis of flexible multibody systems,considering the coupling of gross motion and deformation.A practical tower crane is then analyzed.
