【摘要】 目的 了解急性传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)胸部照片质量情况。方法 将SARS患者的胸片分为3组,第1组为DR照片共88张,第2组为床边坐位照片共421张。第3组为床边卧位照片共480张。结果 DR组甲片率为93.2％,乙片率为6.8％,床边坐位组甲片率为53.0％,乙片率为46.1％,床边卧位组甲片率为25％,乙片率为55.8％。结论 ①DR照片的质量高。②在隔离病房实行专人摄影及使用简易胸片架,可有效提高SARS患者的照片质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the quality of chest radiography in acute infectious atypical pneumonia. Methods The chest films of SARS sufferers were sorted into 3 groups - total 88 sheets of DR, another 421 sheets of A - P - dorsal and 366 sheets of P- A- sitting position taken by bedside.Results The quality of chest films was assessed as grade A in 93.2% , grade B in 6.8% with DR;grade A in 53.0%, grade B in 46.1% with bedside P- A- sitting position;grade A in 25.0%, grade B in 55.8% with bedside A - P- dorsal position. Conclusion(1)The quality of DR films is the best of 3 groups.(2)Using a simple, amended shelf and assigning special radiographers in isolated sickroom will apparently improve the quality of bedside chest film in acute infectious atypical pneumonia.更多还原
