【摘要】 目的　建立一种快速、简便、灵敏的筛选酵母基因组文库的方法。方法　利用同源重组技术 ,将酵母基因组文库中发生突变的菌株通过LacZ报告基因进行检测 ,从而检测出酵母突变株。结果　在X -gal培养基上出现蓝色菌落 ,即为所需的阳性菌落。结论　运用同源重组技术 ,初步筛选了所需的酵母突变株 ,为新的功能性基因组的研究和发展构建平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a fast and simple method to screen yeast genomic library. Methods Homologous recombination technology was used to detect yeast mutant strains in yeast genomic library with reporter gene LacZ. Results Blue colonies on X-gal medium were positive colonies for analysis. Conclusion Yeast mutant strains can be screened by homologous recombination technology.更多还原
