百合的离体培养及再生植株的快速繁殖

【摘要】 以川百合鳞片为外植体进行离体培养 ,获得了再生植株 ,并建起快速繁殖无性系。诱导芽的最适培养基为 MS+ 1.0 mg/ L 6 - BA + 0 .1mg/ L NAA,平均每个外植体增殖个数为 4 .1;分化继代最适培养基为 MS+ 1.0 mg/ L 6 - BA + 0 .5 mg/ L NAA,每代每株平均增殖 3~ 4个芽 ;生根最适培养基为 1/ 2 MS+0 .5 mg/ L IAA,10 d后每株可长出 4~ 6条根。

【Abstract】 Lily tissue culture was conducted by using the segment of lily bulb as the explant, the regenerated plantlets were gained and the unsexual system of rapid propagation was built. The best agar medium for bud induction is MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/L NAA; the average propagated number of every explant is 4.1; the best agar medium for differentiation and endosperm-derived is MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA +0.5mg/L NAA. The average number of propagated bud per plant of every generation is 3~4; the best agar medium for root induction is 1/2 MS+0.5mg/L IAA, 10 d later, every plant can come out 4~10 roots.
