象草辐照芽变选育耐寒植株的初步研究

【摘要】 运用 60 Co- γ射线辐照象草幼芽的研究结果表明 :310 0伦琴辐照的象草 ,F2 代出现较耐寒的植株。当年种茎窖藏越冬统计 ,辐照象草越冬率为 90 % ,对照种越冬率为 6 2 %~ 82 % ,保存种茎以小窖窖种为好。经化验 ,辐选象草嫩茎叶含粗蛋白 10 .4 3% ,比原种嫩茎叶的粗蛋白提高 1.4 1个百分点。

【Abstract】 The bud of Pennisetum purpureum schumach was radiated by 60Co-γ rays. The results show that the F2 generation of P.purpureum schumach plant becomes more hardy after its bud being radiated by 60Co-γ rays of 3100 roentgen. Statistic results of the cellar storage show that P.purpureum schumach winter surviving rate is 90% after treated in the same year, but the contrastive one is 62%~82%. According to chemical analysis, the crude protein content of the tender stem and foliage of P.purpureum selected from the radiated P.purpureum schumach reaches 10.43%, but the original one 9.02%。
