花椰菜单球重与其它性状的相关性分析

【摘要】 以 7个花椰菜亲本进行不完全双列杂交 ,采用朱军提出的加性 -显性遗传模型 ,估算单球重等性状的遗传率 ,单球重与球径、球高、株高、株幅和成熟期之间的各种遗传相关系数 ,以及单球重间接选择的相对遗传效率。结果表明 ,单球重与成熟期、球径间存在较大的加性相关 ,选择成熟期和球径时 ,单球重相对遗传效率分别达到 12 4 .5 %和 74 .9% ,在花椰菜选择育种中可加以利用

【Abstract】 With genetic model of additive dominance by Zhujun for the experiment of incomplete diallel crosses with seven parents in cauliflower, heritability of single head weight, head diameter, head height, plant height, plant expansion and maturity, genetic correlation coefficients between single head weight and other traits and ralative heredity efficiency of indirect selections for single head weight were estimated. The results indicated that the additive correlation between single head weight with maturity and head diameter were significantly and high, ralative heredity efficiency of single head weight attain respectively 124.5% and 74.9% at the time of selecting maturity and head diameter, could be applied in cauliflower breeding.
