中厚板轧制头部弯曲机理的探讨

【摘要】 通过模拟试验 ,分别测定了不同来料厚度、不同变形程度、不同上下辊径比轧制时轧件上、下表面前滑及速度并绘出了相应的试验曲线 ,以期找出产生弯曲的原因 ,探明产生弯曲的机理。经试验结果分析 ,弯曲是轧件上、下表面前滑差和速差综合作用的结果。即 :前滑差大时 ,速差所起作用小 ,轧件易往大辊或快辊侧弯 ;前滑差小时 ,速差起主导作用 ,轧件易往小辊或慢辊侧弯。

【Abstract】 Through simulation tests the forward slip and velocity on top and bottom surface of workpiece were measured at different entry gauges,drafts and ratios of top and bottom rolls diameters.The corresponding test curves were drawn up.It was found out that the worpiece bending is the comprehensive result of forwards slip difference and velocity difference of top and bottom surfaces of workpiece.When the forward slip difference is large,the influence of velocity difference is small and workpiece is easily bent to larger roll or faster roll.When the forward slip difference is small the influence of velocity difference plays a leading role and workpiece is easily bent to smaller or slower roll.
