【摘要】 对本钢冷轧罩式退火炉机组的工艺特点及对产品的力学性能、性能均匀性、生产效率和表面清洁性的影响进行了论述 ,比较了本钢冷轧厂引进的一、二、三期德国 L OI公司和奥地利 EBNER公司的罩式退火工程主要设备和工艺技术参数 ,并对现行的退火工艺和工艺制度的优化情况进行了介绍。提出了现本钢冷轧产品的性能分布情况和退火过程常见缺陷及解决办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bell annealing furnaces imported from LOI,Germany and EBNER Austria are compared in terms of equipment specification and technology.The existing optimized annealing schedule is introduced with the factors influencing mechanical properties,uniformity and surface quality of the products and productivity.The mechanical properties and common defects of products are described with proposed countermeasures.更多还原
