转炉炼钢工序最小能耗的研究
STUDY ON MINIMUM ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF CONVERTER PROCEDURE
【摘要】 分析了转炉炼钢过程能源消耗与工艺、设备、操作等因素的关系 ,建立了转炉工序能耗模型和应用模型 ,研究了转炉炼钢工序的最小能耗问题和与最小工序能耗相对应的工况条件。针对我国宝钢 2 5 0 t转炉的设备条件和生产数据 ,给出转炉煤气的最大回收量为 12 8.8m3/ t(钢 ) ,最小工序能耗为 - 18.90 kg/ t(钢 )
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of energy consumption of steel making process, a calculation model on energy consumption of converter procedure is established. The concept of minimum energy consumption and ideal production conditions are given. As an example, the maximum gas recovery and minimum energy consumption on large converter in our country are 128.8 m 3/t(steel) and 18.90 kg/t(steel) respectively.
