【摘要】 广钢现有高炉两座 ,其容积分别是 30 0 m3(3号高炉 )和 35 0 m3(4号高炉 )。高炉喷煤工程在 1998年4月投产 ,先后进行了弥补设计缺陷的技术改造和喷吹烟煤、提高制粉量的适应性技术整改 ,有效地提高了制粉能力 (提高近 6 0 % )。同时进行了高炉工艺的技术调整 ,为高炉提高喷吹量创造了条件 ,喷吹量提高 4 0 % ,并取得了煤比逐年提高和 181kg/ t的历史最高月煤比的实绩。实现了不同煤种的混合制粉和混合喷吹 (其中烟煤比例占 6 6 .7% ) ,提高了置换比。广钢高炉喷煤技术取得了较大的进步。更多还原
