【摘要】 分析了 SWRH82 B盘条脆断问题 ,结果表明 ,尖状断口试样的中心处存在着较严重的碳偏析 ,导致了组织转变上的差异 ,从而使拉拔变形不均匀。通过在冶炼上配备末端电磁搅拌装置 ,使钢坯的碳偏析指数小于 1.0 4,可明显减少脆断现象和尖状断口发生率更多还原
