【摘要】 通过对冀东磁铁矿烧结过程中的自然粉化、烧结矿冷强度与碱度、Si O2 含量间的关系以及矿相结构的研究 ,发现了烧结过程中玻璃相成分的变化规律、强度—碱度低凹区的形成机理以及冀东磁铁矿烧结过程中主要矿相的形成规律等。并以控制烧结矿微观结构为中心 ,通过采取一系列有效的技术措施提高了烧结矿的质量及烧结生产率。在唐钢二炼铁厂应用中取得了良好的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the natural pulverization during sintering,relation between sinter strength basicity and SiO 2 content and mineral structure, the change of glassy phase and the formation of concave part in the relationship between strength and basicity of productivity of sintering have been improved by controlling microstructure of sinter and adopting a series of effective technical measures.The obvious effect has been obtained in the Second Ironmaking Factory of Tangshan Steel.更多还原
