热连轧机板凸度和板形控制技术工业试验的研究
INDUSTRIAL TRIAL OF PROFILE AND SHAPE CONTROL ON HOT STRIP MILL
【摘要】 根据 145 0热带钢连轧机机型特点 ,进行了轧辊辊型优化设计 ,并建立了板形控制数学模型。完成了包括辊型配置和弯辊力自动设定等的板形在线控制工业试验。应用结果证明 ,笔者研究的板形控制模型及控制软件提高了产品的板凸度和板形的控制精度
【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of 1450 hot strip mill, the roll shape design was optimized and shape control models were developed. The industrial trials of the online shape control models which include roll configuration, and bending force preset calculation were carried out. The results prove that these shape control models and software can improve the strip crown and shape control.
