现代电弧炉流程钢液氮控制的试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON NITROGEN ABSORPTION BY LIQUID STEEL IN MODERN EAF PROCESS
【摘要】 通过生产试验研究了电弧炉冶炼过程、L F精炼过程及连铸过程钢液氮的控制。研究表明 ,电弧炉冶炼过程主要是电弧区增氮 ,L F过程及连铸过程钢液增氮主要是钢液与大气接触 ,L F供电制度也对钢液吸氮有影响
【Abstract】 The experimental study on control of nitrogen in liquid steel during EAF melting, LF refining and continuous casting have been carried out. The results show that nitrogen pick-up is due to arc ionization in EAF and contact between deoxidized liquid steel and air in LF and during CC is affected by power input program.
