提高连铸结晶器振动频率、减少振幅改善铸坯质量的研究

【摘要】 对低碳铝镇静钢和中碳钢板坯连铸进行了减小振幅、提高振动频率的试验研究 ,研究结果表明 ,提高振频、降低振幅可以显著减少中碳钢铸坯“钩状”表面振痕。研究中还发现将振幅由 3 .5 mm减少到 2 .9m m ,将振频提高到 12 0~ 140 m in- 1 后 ,铸坯表层大型夹杂物 ( >5 0μm)含量减少了 42 %~ 77%。

【Abstract】 Investigation was carried out to study the effect of mold oscillation frequency and amplitude on slab quality of LCAK and middle carbon steels. It was found that the hook type oscillation marks of slabs can be reduced significantly by increasing frequency and reducing amplitude. It was also found that, when the oscillation amplitude is reduced from 3.5 mm to 2.9 mm and the frequency increased to 120~140 min -1, the amount of large size non-metallic inclusions in slab subsurface is decreased by 42 %~77 %.
