【Abstract】 Improvement and effects of semi-steel steelmaking at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Company is presented with adopted measures, such as hot metal pretreatment, application of active lime for slagging, improvement and optimization of slagging process and control of end point of blowing, implementation of slag splashing and so on. The oxygen potential of molten steel and slag at the end point of blowing is under control, tap to tap time is decreased. The productivity, converter campaign and steel quality are increased.更多还原
