【Abstract】 Investigation in Public Security Marine Police Academy,which is a border defense academy,shows the higher requirements for improving the quality of Two Courses teachers.Firstly,the Two Courses teachers are demanded to go down to the grass- roots units of border defense.Secondly,the Two Courses teachers are asked for more communication with cadets and the cadets’ team leaders.Thirdly,the Two Courses teachers are required to get in touch with the society or receive further education.Fourthly,the Two Courses teachers and other people in the school need to liberate their mind.Lastly,the Two Courses teachers need more cultivation in humanism and social science knowledge.更多还原
