【Abstract】 The technique of RAPD has been applied in vegetable genetics and breeding, due to such advantages as quickness, simplicity and effectiveness. Applications of RAPD in vegetable genetics and breeding are summarized in this article. They are mainly as follows: studies of genetic diversity, RAPD markers based assistant breeding, identification of cultivars or hybrids, and construction of genetic linkage maps.更多还原
