温州芜菁种子不同发芽时期对卡那霉素的敏感性

【摘要】 不同发芽时期的温州芜菁幼苗 (种子 )对卡那霉素的敏感性存在明显差异 ;卡那霉素的处理方式不同 ,敏感性表现也不同。研究表明 :琼脂 (固体 )处理比水溶液 (液体 )处理敏感 ,发芽前期 (种子萌动期和露白期 )的种子比发芽中后期 (胚轴伸长期和子叶展开期 )更敏感。对萌动期或露白期的温州盘菜幼苗 (种子 )用卡那霉素 30 0mg/L琼脂处理筛选效果最佳 ,说明利用芜菁幼苗的色泽变化来鉴别转化和未转化的种子是可行的。

【Abstract】 The sensitivity on kanamycin was obviously different in different germinating stage of seedlings(seeds) and between two disposal manner. The sensitivity was higher by the manner of agar(solid) disposal than by water solution(lipid) disposal and was higher in germinating prophase than in germinating anaphase. The best selecting efficiency was disposing of 300mg/L kanamycin by the manner of agar in germinating prophase and which showed that it was viable differentiating the transform or non-transform seeds by the changes of leaf color of seedlings.
