超细PET-FDY条干不匀率影响因素的研究
The Study on Influence Factors of the Unevenness TCS-FDY Ultrafine PET
【摘要】 研究TCS法生产涤纶 3 8dtex 96fFDY时 ,冷却条件、集束位置、热管温度、热管位置等因素对涤纶FDY条干不匀率的影响
【Abstract】 The effects of such factors quenching conditions, thermal channel temperature and position on 38dtex/96f PET FDY unevenness are studied. The results show that FDY unevenness would be decreased by the thermal channel temperature and position should be in the range of 170-180℃ and 800-900 mm.
