基于微波场的浆纱用土豆淀粉接枝共聚合成

【摘要】 探讨了基于微波场的土豆淀粉-丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚物的合成,用红外光谱进行了表征,并研究了接枝共聚物的经纱上浆性能。

【Abstract】 An experimental study of the graft copolymerization of potato starch with butyl acrylate was carried out with microwave radiation. The structure of the grafted copolymer was identified by IR. The study of the sizing properties of the potato starch - butyl acrylate grafted copolymer shows that the stability of the paste and the viscosity on polyester - cotton yarn are enhanced greatly. The performances of the sized yam, such as yam strength, abrasion - resistance, elasticity and fuzziness are obvionusly improved.
