【Abstract】 Pure silk fibroin gel (P5FG) was successfully prepared by the authors according to the bidifussion principles. The FSFC was verified by SME, IR and X-ray diffraction methods. The results showed that the PESG was a light - yellow spongy porous solid consisting of three kinds of conformations of random - coil, silk Ⅰ and silk Ⅱ, and the conformation of PSFG was easily converted to a - form during the crystallization at a lower temperature of - 4℃.更多还原
