锡林齿条前角和余角计算的基础研究
Basic Calculation of Front Angle Complement of Cylinder Wires
【摘要】 建立了锡林盖板工作区平均单纤维梳理力的计算公式,从单纤维在此梳理过程中的受力分析出发,初次探索了锡林针布齿条前角和余角的定量计算。
【Abstract】 The formula is set up for calculation of mean carding force of single fiber in the working area of cylinder top. Starting with the analysis of the force exerted on the fiber under carding process, the ration calculation of front angle of cylinder is primarily approached.
