乙酸甲酯水解耦合过程的人工神经网络模拟
Simulation of coupling process in hydrolyzation of methyl acetate using artificial neural network
【摘要】 在实验研究基础上,采用人工神经网络模型进行乙酸甲酯水解催化精馏与萃取精馏耦合过程的模拟,模拟结果同实验结果的比较令人满意.同时外推并内插一系列的工艺条件,让网络预测操作结果.结果表明,神经网络模型能较好地模拟并预测实验结果.
【Abstract】 Based on the experimental study, an artificial neural network (ANN) model is used to simulate the coupling process of catalytic distillation and extractive distillation in hydrolyzation of methyl acetate. Compared with experimental data, the simulation results are satisfactory. Then, a series of supposed operation conditions are interpolated or extrapolated and the results are predicted by the ANN. It shows that the ANN can simulate and predict the experiment results pretty well.
