注凝成型技术制备CeO2基固体电解质
The fabrication of ceria electrolyte by gel-casting technology
【摘要】 利用注凝成型技术制备了高致密度高电导率的CeO2 基固体电解质 .电解质素坯密度达理论密度的40 %;烧结过程中素坯失重仅为 6 %;电解质烧结体密度为理论密度的 98%,72 0℃时电导率达 0 .199S cm .
【Abstract】 Ceria electrolyte with high density and conductivity has been fabricated by gel-casting technology. The densities of green body and sintered body are 40% and 98% of theory respectively. During sintering, the weight loss is just 6%. The conductivity of sintered body reaches to 0.199?S/cm.
