SrO对Al2O3-ZrO2热稳定性及负载Pd催化剂氧化性能的影响
The Effects of SrO on the Thermal Stability of Al2O3-ZrO2 and the Oxidation Activity of Supported Pd Catalyst
【摘要】 考察了 Sr O对 Al2 O3- Zr O2 载体热稳定性和负载钯催化剂氧化性能的影响 ,并运用 BET、XRD、TPR、TPD等手段对催化剂进行了表征 .研究结果表明 Sr O的添加能提高 Al2 O3- Zr O2 载体热稳定性 ,抑制高温下Al2 O3的烧结和 α相变 ,降低负载钯催化剂的还原温度及 CO、CO2 脱附温度 ,提高钯催化剂对 CO和 C3H8的氧化活性 .
【Abstract】 The effects of SrO on the thermal stability of carrier Al -2O -3 ZrO -2 and the oxidation activity of supported Pd catalyst have been studied by means of a dding SrO to the Al -2O -3 ZrO -2 complicated carrier. The characterizations o f the c atalyst have been investigated by BET, XRD, TPR and TPD.The results imply that t he addtion of SrO in carrier Al -2O -3 ZrO -2 can prevent it from sintering and transfo rming to α phase at high temperature, decrease the temperature of reduction on P d catalyst and the temperature of desorption of CO and CO -2. In addition, Pd/A l - 2O -3 ZrO -2 SrO catalyst shows better oxidation activity for CO and C -3H -8 than Pd/ Al -2O -3 ZrO -2 catalyst.
