【摘要】 探讨不同角度牵引加针刺对腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效的影响。将 60例 L5— S1 腰椎间盘突出症患者 ,随机分为实验组、对照组 1、对照组 2 ,实验组采取针刺加前屈位 3 0°牵引 ,对照组 1采取针刺加水平位牵引 ,对照组 2单纯针刺不牵引。采用 Ridit检验评定比较各组间疗效。结果 :3组治疗 L5— S1 腰椎间盘突出症均有效 ,但针刺加前屈位 3 0°牵引可明显缩短治疗时间 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the influence of acupuncture combined with different angulation traction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH),60 cases of LIDH in L\-5/S\-1 were randomly divided into observation group(G-treated with acupuncture and traction in 30° anterior flexion),control 1 group(G1-treated with acupuncture and traction in horizontal)and control 2 group(G2-treated with acupuncture only).The therapeutic effects were compared.The results showed that the therapeutic effects in every group were very good without significant difference,while the time of treatment in G1 was the shortest among the three groups.It indicates that acupuncture and traction in 30° anterior flexion was superior to the other two methods in the time of treatment with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.更多还原
