【摘要】 对 3 7例胸腰椎骨折脱位及腰椎滑脱病例采用内固定器械复位、植骨 ,其中 steffee钢板 5例 ,SF钢板9例 ,RF- 型钢板 1 4例 ,AF钢板 9例。其复位效果以 RF- 钢板、AF钢板为优良安全 ,steffee钢板、SF钢板不太可靠 ,但使用脊柱内固定系统可明显提高融合成功率 ,所有病例临床效果均满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty seven cases of fracture and dislocation of thoracolumbar spine and lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with internal fixators and implant.Steffee plate were used in 5 cases,SF in 9,RF Ⅱ in 14 and AF in 9.The effects of RF Ⅱ and AF plate were excellent,while steffee and SF plate good.The clinical efficiency was satisfactory in all cases.It shows that internal fixators can obviously improve the implant fusion.\;更多还原
