【摘要】 为研究姬松茸粗多糖对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠微核突变的影响 ,采用 1 0 0℃热水浸提并用 95 %乙醇沉淀得到姬松茸粗多糖进行微核试验 ,结果显示与阳性对照组比较 ,高中低 3个剂量组微核形成率有显著差异(P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,说明姬松茸粗多糖具有抗突变的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effects of JISONGRONG pachy polysaccharide on micronucleus mutation induced by cyclophosphamide,JISONGRONG pachy polysaccharide which was obtained by dipping in 100 degrees hot water and depositiing in 95% ethanol,was used to do the micronucleus experiment.The results showed that the formation rates of micronucleus among the high,middle and lower dosages groups were obviously different(P<0.001),compared with the positive control group.It indicates that JISONGRONG pachy polysaccharide has the effects of anti mutation.\;更多还原
