【摘要】 通过对本院公共体育课调查发现:现行公共体育课的教学主要在于追求“达标”,未能以学生为主体,导致其对体育兴趣不高,上体育课和课余锻炼仅仅是为了通过考试,大都希望目前公共体育课教学的内容和形式进行改革。通过对个别系的学生进行自由选项的教学改革试验,发现:参与试验的学生学习态度发生了明显的变化,绝大部分学生已开始喜欢上了体育课,学生技术、技能掌握情况较好,大部分学生能主动进行课余体育锻炼,并形成了一定的体育意识,为全院性的教学改革提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through making a survey of the public P. E lesson in our College, we found that the main aim of the public P. E lesson education was "reaching a level", the principal parts were not students, so that they are leas interested in P. E lesson and the P. E lesson and after class exercises were just in order to passthe exam. Most of them expected an innovation in both the content and form of the public P. E lesson education. After carrying out the free - choosing expehment of teaching innovation on students in very few departments, we discovered that students attitudes changed obviously, most of them began to like the P. E lesson and they mastered the Skill well, most Students could do after class exercises actively, and they formed a cenain kind of sport mind.
