我国民间科技奖励现状思考
On the status of Nongovernmental Scientific Rewards in China
【摘要】 人们总体上认为我国民间科技奖励缺乏权威性、影响力度和公正性等等。本文探讨了我国民间科技奖励价值评价现状的成因,并有针对性地提出了若干提高我国民间科技奖励社会地位的建议。
【Abstract】 The paper states the status of nongovernmental scientific rewards in our country.The factors causing the status are analyzed in this paper.And some countermeasures are proposed in the end.
