辐射交联对聚合物/炭黑导电复合物影响的评述
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF RADIATION CROSSLINKING INFLUENCE ON POLYMER/CARBON BLACK CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITES
【摘要】 辐射交联是提高热塑性炭黑导电复合物的电学稳定性、消除负温度系数(NTC)效应的主要方法。介绍了正温度系数(PTC)的基本原理,辐射交联对PTC效应和NTC效应的影响,辐射交联的优点,以及辐射交联在导电复合物中的新应用。
【Abstract】 Radiation Crosslinking can improve the electrical stability and eliminate the NTC effect of carbon black filled thermolplastic composites. The paper gives a review on electrical mechanisms of the PTC effect, advantages of radiation crosslinking, radiation crosslinking influence on the PTC and NTC effect, and new applications of radiation crosslink-ing on conductive composites.
