【Abstract】 The lead in food was determined by computerized single sweep polarograph.In the solution of 1% potassium iodide-1.6% seijnette salt-0.10 vitamin C-0.12 mol/L hydrochloride acid,sensitive adsorptive catalytic wave of lead complex(PbI 2 4)was obtained.The detection limit is down to 10 μg/L.The recovery of standard addition is 96.5% with RSD<4.3% (n=11).更多还原
