扩散排序核磁共振法研究丹参混合液中的药效物质
Analysis of effective substances in mixture of radix salviae miltior-rhizae by diffusion-ordered nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
【摘要】 混合物溶液中各组分的扩散系数与其分子量、分子构型等因素相关。根据这些特点 ,利用脉冲梯度场技术的二维和三维扩散排序核磁共振技术 ,研究了中药丹参混合物中的有效成分 (丹参素钠和丹参酮ⅡA)及一些杂质。实验结果表明 ,该方法能够在不破坏中药成分的条件下 ,直接、快速分析中药混合物中药效物质的组成和成分。
【Abstract】 The diffusion coefficients of different components in mixed solution are relevant to their molecular weights and structures. Based on these characteristics, the 1H 2D DOSY and 1H 3D DOSY-DQFCOSY techniques have been used for the study of mixed solution of radix salviae miltiorrhizae (Chinese medicine Dashen). The effective sabstances, Danshensu Na and tanshinone ⅡA, and some impurities were identified without separation and purification. The results indicate that the diffusion ordered nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is a direct and rapid method for analysing compositions and structures of effective substances in mixtures of Chinese medicines without destruction of components.
