【Abstract】 A flow injection atomic absorption spectrometric method for determination of selenium was developed. Various testing coditions and effect factors for the determination of Se were discussed. The linear range for Se was 0.33～50 μg/L. The relative standard deviation was less than 3 % and the recovery was 93%～106%. This method was applied to the determination of selenium in Se riched gastrodia elata blume, grape and rice.更多还原
