应用毛细管电泳法分离测定6种取代苯化合物
Determination of six substituted benzene compounds by high performance capillary electrophoresis
【摘要】 采用毛细管电泳法对六种取代苯化合物进行了分离研究 ,考察了 3种电泳模式对分离的影响。环糊精的胶束毛细管电泳法可使各组分达到基线分离 ,正交设计法得到了最佳实验条件 ,在质量浓度为 30~ 30 0mg L的范围内 ,可进行定量分析 ,该方法已应用于废液中苯类化合物的测定。
【Abstract】 Six different substituted benzene compounds were separated by CE technique and the separation efficiency of three CE modes on the separation was compared. The HPLE conditions for the determination was optimized by using orthogonal array design. The results indicated that these compounds under CD-MECC could be quantified respectively in the range of concentrations 30~300 mg/L. The method was applied to the determination of benzene compounds in waste water samples and the satisfactory result was obstained.
