【Abstract】 This paper analyzed some problems about material purchasing in the coal mine enterprise.By the ABC Analyzing Method, the major purchasing and managed material are chosen in the material purchasing,According to the value engineering theory, the authors have made the analysis of the functions and the costs of the influencing factors of the subscription, and built the decision model of choosing supplier in the material purchasing, which offers the great decision support for the coal mine enterprise in the material purchasing .The paper have the important significance in reducing the costs of material purchasing and improving the efficiency of material purchasing.更多还原
